The staff was genuine, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. They treated us like they really cared about us and worked to exactly meet our needs. That is not the same experience we had at some of the big-box dealerships in Chesapeake. Gloucester Toyota is our dealership for all of our future vehicle needs. "Most pleasant auto purchase ever!"

Best experience with purchasing a vehicle ever. Buying a vehicle has always been a headache, but Gloucester Toyota was amazing. We worked with Cecil and he made the entire process so pleasant. There was no pressure or hassle and the communication was outstanding. Staff was friendly/courteous and they went out of their way to ensure we were completely satisfied. Service after the purchase was great. They called to ensure everything with the vehicle was to my liking and provided me with the add ons I requested. Highly recommend Gloucester Toyota.
