Not only was she very warm and friendly, but she went the extra mile to make sure that we had a great experience; she provided me with an office to work in as I was working remotely that day, and also recommended an awesome place near the dealership where my husband and I got lunch. She was really attentive while we were waiting for our financials to go through, and was constantly checking up on us and making sure we were aware of where we stood in the process. First time buying a car for myself, everybody was very friendly. They let me go at my pace in the buying process. Financed it, all my questions were answered, and everything was explained in detail. Didnt try to sell me on something I hadnt asked about. Only issue I had was that when you buy a new car I expected the gas tank to be full. I was in the market for a new Jeep. After some comparative shopping, went to Garavel, because they had the best price. My sales person Annie was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with comparative shopping, went to Garavel, because they had the best price. My sales person Annie was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. Finance experience was pleasant with Omar. There ended up being a small mistake regarding a deposit that needed to be refunded back on to my credit card. (noticed a mistake with paperwork a couple days after I picked up my Jeep... not a big deal, mistakes happen) My sales person, Annie, was out on vacation when I picked up my vehicle, so I tried dealing the the General Sales Mgr, John. This is where the customer service experience went South. A simple credit card refund that should have taken 10min, became a BIG problem. After my initial conversation over the phone with John, I was told he needed to look up my paperwork and call me back. That call never came. I waited two days, and called again. Again, I was put through to John, got the voicemail the 2nd time around. Left a detailed message, reminding him of my situation, and waited for a call back. Waited two days...still no word from John. Apparently, his idea of customer service is to bend over backwards to make a sale, but ignore people when it doesn't involve him making a buck. Long story short, It took 3 calls and a week, and I STILL got nowhere...and that was dealing with the MANAGER! What saved the transaction, is that my original sales person Annie came back from vacation. I spoke with her on her first day back and she IMMEDIATELY refunded my deposit and handled the situation. If it were up to John, this dealership would get 1 star, but thankfully Garavel has great employees like Annie and Omar that make my experience with Garavel pleasant and why I'd recommend them to others. (just don't deal with the John, the Sales Mgr) More
