I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, only to discover that the specifications of the truck were misrepresented. Despite reaching out to both the sales representative and their manager, no act to discover that the specifications of the truck were misrepresented. Upon attempting to escalate the matter to higher management, I was assured that the general manager would contact me promptly, but unfortunately, no one followed up. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, particularly as it was my first time buying a new vehicle, turning what should have been a positive experience into a regrettable one." More
