First class service As always I have had yet another wonderful experience at Lia Nissan in Glens Falls. I actually went online to make my appointment and when I pulled up As always I have had yet another wonderful experience at Lia Nissan in Glens Falls. I actually went online to make my appointment and when I pulled up I was greeted by Joanne Chapleski who was cheerful as always and got me checked jn. What I love about this dealership is that everyone is the same. I’ve been going there for over a year now and the same people are in the same spots and they remember you by name. Greet you when walking by, ask about your family. I’m so impressed and it goes to show that the Lia corporation must be great to work for because people stay and are happy! The facility is beautiful, has everything you need for your wait. Joanne always takes great care of me and I get to see other people in the facility I’ve gotten to know like Stephanie and Anthony. Both stoped over and asked how I was. I love my Nissan Rogue so much. I’m very happy with the car, dealership and everyone inside. More

She found the car that I wanted with the features that were important, at a fair price. Never high pressure, a great sales person. Upon delivery, she walked me through the features of my car, and let me know that if I had any questions, I could call her anytime. She introduced me to the service department and helped me set up my first service appointment. More
