The salesperson didn't provide me with an owners manual to the vehicle. I asked him several times for it and he couldn't produce one. He kept telling that he had a bag for me to transfer my items from my t to the vehicle. I asked him several times for it and he couldn't produce one. He has a pleasant demeanor, but I think he lost interest near the end of the interaction. He didn't take the time to show me the features of my new car nor did he help me register it with Cadillac. My car is currently sitting in my driveway in demo mode. The Finance person went with the first interest rate (7.43%) that he received when finding a loan for me. He had no real excuse as to why he chose that. I have an 806 credit score, which is in the excellent range. While i was waiting for my car to be made ready, I was able to call a bank and get approved for a loan at 5.04% interest. I felt swindled after leaving the dealership and that's not how a person should feel after purchasing a $70,000 car More
