I was about to be sent home and Anthony just happened to look at the red light in the roof system. All of that was documented, so I wasted time by having to return for a second appointment to have the Subaru rep scheduled to come and fix it. I knew all of this prior. No one listens. It's sad. Finally it's fixed but didn't receive any better service and the complete lack of knowledge about a Subaru. More
