So far I've only needed basic oil changes at the 6000 marks and tire rotations and inspections. So far so good with the service department... I want this car to last and feel confident in the service department to help me with that. More

Professional, honest, and friendly. I hate filling out these ratings every time I need service, but I don't want the people who actually interact with me to be penalized.
