CANNOT GET BETTER This is the 5th car purchase that I have made with Mohegan Lake Motors, this time I had to replace 2 that were totaled within weeks of each other. The This is the 5th car purchase that I have made with Mohegan Lake Motors, this time I had to replace 2 that were totaled within weeks of each other. The BMW 530i which lasted 376,000 miles and a VW Tiguan. with 98,000 (we do a lot of driving) Over the last few years I have gotten to Know Barry Rost who is the owner/principal and normally I would travel to the dealership in order to make my selection. This time since I live 86 miles away and had work commitments making that trip was not possible. Knowing that I have had a trusting and comfortable relationship with Barry and the Mohegan Lake staff I tried a different approach. I called Barry and told him that I needed 2 cars and I needed to be around $20,000 and as near to $400. a month as possible with no money down (I knew that this was a tough order) Let me tell you what happened next I get a callback from Barry that he can help and to give him a few days. Two days later I get a call from Anthony Augusta the Brand Specialist assigned to me that Barry is holding for my final approval 2 cars 1) 2007 Mercedes Benz C-280 4-matic with 80,000 miles one owner and 2) 2014 optima SX t- GTI with 36,000 miles one owner with Navigation, Panoramic roof, Infinity radio, leather and a lot more The best was that he came so close to my desired price and monthly payment that I would be ashamed to ask if he could do any better. My wife and I are beyond happy with the deal and all involved My Question is why did I not try just making a call before Thanks Barry and Anthony More
