Especially car salespeople -- they have their, um, tricks, i know. But buying a car at Mohegan Lake seemed a straightforward, un-pressured, and trick-free experience. There is absolutely no pressure - none -- to make a decision, to take something you don't want, to finance a certain way. I don't know about the rest of the selling staff, but I worked with Anthony Augusta (rather, he worked with me), and found the car I wanted (there weren't a whole lot of e-trons floating around) and at a $$ I could live with. He was willing to run numbers, over and over again, for both sales and lease of the car, as well as provide me with good advice on which way to go. Everything he said he was going to get done -- getting the car from another dealer, calling my insurance people -- he did. I had been going to Mohegan sun for a couple of years to have mt last audi serviced, and liked the dealiership at that time -- very comfortable waiting, and they have water bowls for dogs! So all in all, yep, they get my vote. esp. Anthony. thanks! More
