One of them repeatedly recontacted me under the belief I was looking for a Q3 after I had visited them, test drove and discussed the A3...not on the ball. I came across Mohegan Lake b/c they were advertising a specific, gently used vehicle that appealed to me. The service was impeccable, everyone is extremely friendly, and you feel as if you're special. There is also a feeling that there is no B/S going on, a rarity unfortunately with car dealerships. Mohegan got my business. In fact, I'll probably drive the extra distance whenever service is needed b/c I like these people. Great service gets rewarded. More

I had come in a number of times before and worked out numbers with Anthony and he was always patient and willing to go through what seemed like an endless amount of vehicles. He helped me to find something that surprisingly came in under budget and was way better than what I thought I would walk out with. Not only did he stay past their posted closing time so I could come pick up the car, but he also did a very thorough rundown of all of the features of MMI and gave us some free hats and a key lanyard. My friend Jessie recommended that I visit this dealership because of their customer service and now I'll be recommending Anthony and Mohegan Lake Audi to everyone I know. When I'm ready to purchase another vehicle I'll be back here. More
