He's a young man with a young family and takes it upon himself to be on call even when he is not scheduled to work. unbeknownst to me, I had e mailed him with a basic, unimportant, question on his day off. He got back to me. I find it try refreshing to come across a young person with such great interpersonal skills, professionalism and he sincerity. So many young people do not know how the simple rules of conducting business and being a good salesperson. My hat off to Anthony and to the owner of Mohegan Lake Motors, Barry, for not only recognizing that Anthony was a good find but also doing the fine tuning that he did with Anthony. Barry was also an absolute pleasure to work with. He stayed involved in the deal, called me the day after the car was delivered and assured me that he would be available if I should need anything in the future. Best car buying experience ever !! This has been the best car buying experience ever. I always had a Cadillac and wanted to try something different. I am so glad I chose Audi and more This has been the best car buying experience ever. I always had a Cadillac and wanted to try something different. I am so glad I chose Audi and more importantly this dealership. it started with me sending an email on a Sunday afternoon. Got a response the very next Monday from Jill Gerety. She worked diligently to try and find the car I wanted. By Tuesday., the next day, she found the car. Car was delivered to the dealership that Friday. I set up with her to go for a text drive with my salesman Anthony Augusta on Saturday. Anthony was the best salesman I've ever had. We went for the test drive and he told me drive for as long as I want, no pressure at all. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the many features of the car. When I picked up the car the following Monday, he sat in the car and went over everything. Even sent me an email and told me if I needed him to sit with me again to go over anything , he would be happy to do so. This is after the sale is all finished. Seems to me this is a dealership that cares about their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Just in case anyone is wondering I have been buying new cars since 1976 and this is hands down the best experience. More

Price was competitive or better, but the concern and attention was superior and I know if i ever need assistance, these guys will jump through hoops to help.
