Med Center Mazda is a neat, clean and orderly dealership. Making the service appointment was flawless. The service writer (James Hobbs), was not friendly at the least. He was very short and seem to be bot Making the service appointment was flawless. The service writer (James Hobbs), was not friendly at the least. He was very short and seem to be bothered. He failed to acknowledge that I was there. The other service writer acknowledged my presence and informed me that Mr. Hobbs would be waiting on me. After my car was serviced, I informed Mr. Hobbs that I could not locate my keys. He went to my car and found them on the passenger floorboard, but never said a word. He doesn't seem to be satisfied with his job. I hope he treats other customers better than he treated me. More

We had a no hassle all around pleasant experience with Med Center Mazda. I worked with 3 other dealerships and this was by far the most straightforward encounter. I felt like they were building a long ter Med Center Mazda. I worked with 3 other dealerships and this was by far the most straightforward encounter.
