Med Center Mazda is a neat, clean and orderly dealership. Making the service appointment was flawless. The service writer (James Hobbs), was not friendly at the least. He failed to acknowledge that I was there. The other service writer acknowledged my presence and informed me that Mr. Hobbs would be waiting on me. After my car was serviced, I informed Mr. Hobbs that I could not locate my keys. He went to my car and found them on the passenger floorboard, but never said a word. He doesn't seem to be satisfied with his job. I hope he treats other customers better than he treated me. More

We had a no hassle all around pleasant experience with Med Center Mazda. I worked with 3 other dealerships and this was by far the most straightforward encounter. I felt like they were building a long ter Med Center Mazda. I worked with 3 other dealerships and this was by far the most straightforward encounter. I felt like they were building a long term relationship. The price was clearly stated without a whole bunch of surprise add ons. This was the only dealership not trying to sell air in the tires. I feel satisfied with my car purchase and comfortable trying out their service department. Anthony deserves a special shout out for being very transparent throughout the process. More
