Terrible customer service, they are scammers! In addition, the car fax they showed me for the car says no accident reported, but when I looked under the hood clearly the car had an accident clips were missing, lose items in the engine area, and paint was mismatched! They charge extra warranties and freight on a used car! I would avoid this place. More

The customer service at Hampstead PreOwned was awesome and the best service I have ever experienced when searching for a vehicle. The minute I was on the lot I was greeted by everyone in the showroom with and the best service I have ever experienced when searching for a vehicle. The minute I was on the lot I was greeted by everyone in the showroom with a kind Hello and bright smiles. My representative Alan couldn’t have been better. I told him what I was searching for vehicle wise and he got right on it. He was immediately knowledgeable regarding the lot inventory. I drove a couple vehicles and ended up purchasing a Honda Accord for my granddaughter which she was well pleased with. A month later I returned to the dealership and requested Alan to help me find a suitable vehicle for myself this time. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me an Outback Subaru which I test drove. I had my personal mechanic with me and he overlooked the vehicle thoroughly and did not find anything wrong with the car which he test drove as well. There was no pressure from Alan and he readily answered any questions or concerns we brought to his attention. He couldn’t have been better. I purchased the vehicle and was pleased with the purchase process. I will highly recommend tthis dealership to everyone searching for a vehicle and steer them to use Alan. You are blessed to have him as an employee and he definitely knows his stuff and excels regarding customer service. I plan on stopping in now and then just to say Hello.
