I purchased $34k car with shifter cover off and the GM told that he replaced the console and I told them about with less than 8 hours after purchase they said you have to pay extra to get fix. Not only did they lie about saying the warrantee was free but when my daughter went to pick up the new tags they put the stickers on backwards so now everytime I look at the back of the car it reminds me on but when my daughter went to pick up the new tags they put the stickers on backwards so now everytime I look at the back of the car it reminds me on how much they really do not care. The people who work there are great. We went to buy a car for my daughter. She found a car she really liked but i feel the process was very rushed. Their are so many different loans with rebate here and their and it was very confusing and i think its purposly done this way cause the price of the car i purchased was advertised for a certain amount and thats not what i paid for it. Is it my fault yes. I let them pull the whool over my eyes. If you advertise a car for a certain amount thats what i should pay. It should not matter what rebates happen based on loans i qualify for. I thought the car had 2 keys but come to find out the second key goes to another car and they told me that they may not find the other one and basically too bad. So i take this as a learning experience and move on. More
