John was very great about getting me checked in! The oil change was very quick. The only thing I would complain about would be the car wash. I do appreciate them cleaning my car. I brought my car in because of an error message that said '12 volt battery low. I was able to get my car in quickly. The spent the entire day doing diagnostics which I appreciated. The error message did not surface (and the testing all was 'normal'. I was pleased that they took the time to try to identify the problem (it has not displayed again). I also appreciated the customer service treatment I received. More

So much back and forth, but I guess that is to be expected. What got me upset was, when I turned around from the sales desk, I witnessed our sales rep using aggressive body language and silly faces a expected.
