Tyler made purchasing a new RAV4 Hybrid sight unseen a little less scary. He was professional as well as pleasant. When I picked up the car it was clean and beautiful. Tyler spent a lot of time explaining every detail of the car along with how to use all of the bells and whistles. He checked to be sure any questions we had were answered and said to call him if we had questions later. Tyler even came in on his day off to handle delivery of the car. We had trouble trying to coordinate our schedule so his willingness to come in on his day off was going way above and beyond to make me a very very happy customer. Pleasant experience all around and I am loving my new Toyota! More
