My wife and I went to Toyota of Kent to purchase a new 2023 Highlander. My experience from start to finish was great. Very pleased with my experience, my salesman Gary S. was great! He explained all aspects of not only the vehicle I was purchasing but also the process of trading in my current lease. Once you purchase a was great! He explained all aspects of not only the vehicle I was purchasing but also the process of trading in my current lease. Once you purchase a vehicle, it seems some sales people as well as the dealers demeanor changes toward you once your purchase is complete- But not Gary or this dealership. All of my concerns where addressed and he worked with me to achieve my desired payment even with trading in a lease early-even after I had left the dealership and made my purchase. Would recommend and would not hesitate to do business with him or this dealership again. More
