Before going to Toyota of the Desert, I had gone to another dealership and had a horrible experience. I’m so glad I didn’t succumb to their pressure or end up with the awful deal they offered me. Toyota was the complete opposite of them in the best ways possible!! Everybody at Toyota was so kind and helpful! They truly did everything to make sure I was happy with their offer, didn’t pressure me, and nobody gave us a nasty attitude after we told them no the first time (as opposed to the first dealership). Toyota made me realize that buying a car doesn’t have to be stressful. I will 100% be going back to them and recommend them to everybody I know! More
