When I arrived my salesman, Anthony, told me they didn’t have the color vehicle I had seen online. I was disappointed, but he quickly steered me to several vehicles that appealed to me and one that blew me have the color vehicle I had seen online. They were very busy but very accommodating and friendly. I knew what I wanted when I went in and Anthony and Robbie did everything to make sure I was satisfied with the deal. There was no messing around with the trade value (cant same for for competition), but also not a lot of movement on price due to supply/demand issue, The only drawback was having to wait a few weeks for the vehicle, but Anthony called each week to update me on the delivery date. There was no up selling, but did recommend the extended warranty with good justification why - I typically buy these and appreciated the approach. I am thrilled with the car and overall pleased with the process even though it took too long. More
