We originally came in to look at a black-on-black 4Runner that was still in transit, but Justin took the time to walk us through several different options that were available on the lot. Funny enough, we ended up finding one we liked even more than the one we came to see. What really stood out was that Justin never made us feel pressured. He gave us plenty of space to look at the vehicles, answer our questions, and make our own decision. At no point did it feel like a sales pitch—it felt like he genuinely wanted to help us find the right vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the different trims, colors, and features, and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Justin made the entire process straightforward and enjoyable. If you’re looking to buy a 4Runner, Justin is the guy you need to talk to. We had a great experience and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. More
