Hi TJ, I wanted to extend my experience with you before posting any review. Sorry for the long message and please note this is my 4th new GMC since 2017. Early November I was contacted via email from posting any review. Sorry for the long message and please note this is my 4th new GMC since 2017. Early November I was contacted via email from Alexis since viewing multiple Canyons on your website. She sent me a coupon so I could set up an appointment to test drive a specific truck. The morning of the test drive Alexis contracted me to explain that the check engine light was on in the vehicle. I asked how this was possible since the website had only 10 miles on it. She then explained there was 1500 miles on the vehicle and they weren't sure when service could checkout the issue. I still agreed to meet and test drive a similar Canyon. My wife and I came in and were introduced to Zack for the test drive. I didn't have any issues with Zack but my wife stated he was condescending towards her during the test drive. I took a quick look at the specific Canyon with the check engine light that I was interested in and told Zack that after he had the truck repaired and sent me a copy of the service report if it wasn't major that I would purchase this vehicle. We proceeded to complete the paperwork and came to a final purchase price. Three days later I came in to pick up the vehicle. I inspected the truck and noticed multiple scratches along the front inside of the bed, Zack said that it was adhesives and would have it removed. I proceed to complete the transaction with Zack and Anthony. Afterwards I went back out to look at the bed and the straches were saill present. It was explained to me that the staches came from when the 1500 miles were put on the truck. I told Anthony that instead of fixing the scratches I would be interested in a spray on bed liner. Anthony would contact me on Monday with specific information. Unfortainly I drove from the dealership without the temporary plates , inspection sticker or registration. While looking at the vehicle in my driveway I noticed there were no temporary plates. I called and spoke with Zack and he realized that all of the credentials were not issued to me. On my way back to the dealership I was stopped by the police for no tags. I explained the situation and they followed me back to the dealership. Zack then proceeded to install the temporary plate and other credentials. Luckily I didn't receive any tickets or have the truck towed. Monday came and went with no call back for Anthony. I tried to contact him on Tuesday and left multiple messages with no call back. I believe that I spoke with you on Wednesday morning and found out that Anthony and you are transitioning into different positions. Anthony finally contacted me on Thursday afternoon and I decided to have the scratches repaired since the spray-on bed liner was out of my budget. We set up an appointment for a few weeks later on December 1st for the repair. I picked up the Canyon in the late afternoon and the repair looks fine. Again, I just want to share this somewhat daunting experience with you. More

I recently had an excellent experience at Malouf GMC/ Buick in North Brunswick. I bought a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. From the moment I walked, I was greeted by Marco. I told him what i wanted and h Buick in North Brunswick. I bought a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. From the moment I walked, I was greeted by Marco. I told him what i wanted and he pointed me in the right direction. Zach Moran was my salesman. I was looking for a certain color truck. Zach and the Malouf sales team searched high and low for a blue Sierra 1500. After a week I got a call saying they located one and it arrived at the dealership the following day. I traded in my 2019 Toyota Tundra and got the GMC Sierra 1500 . The sale and trade went very smooth. No hassles or gimmicks. I felt like part of the family. Everyone was very nice and a pleasure to do business with. I would also like to thank Anthony Cilento. He is a great sales manager and was a big help in making my experience with Malouf a huge success. I highly recommend anyone to do business at Malouf. Thanks again More
