Do Yourself A Favor - Just Go To Crown Eurocars I bought my first CPO MB last year and when it came time to replace my wife's car, I new it would be a CPO MB. I will confess, even though my first e I bought my first CPO MB last year and when it came time to replace my wife's car, I new it would be a CPO MB. I will confess, even though my first experience with Tony and the whole team at Crown was top notch, I saw a specific car that caught my interest - at another dealer. So, I went and gave them a try. While I have no complaints about the other dealership or their team, they were simply no match for Crown - and no deal was done. Twenty-four hours later, Tony and Jessica got my wife into a great CPO MB. And Willie spent an hour going over every detail since this was her first MB. Lesson learned. So, if you want the best possible MB buying experience, go to Crown, ask for Tony Diamond because he WILL find you what you want, meet Jessica because she WILL get a deal done, and learn all about your new purchase with Willie and he WILL be your new best friend. That's what I will do next time, and every time from now on. More

Recall Service Turns Into a Car Purchase I went to the dealership in response to the recall on my vehicle. Randall approached me in the customer service waiting room and asked what type vehi I went to the dealership in response to the recall on my vehicle. Long story short, I did and really love my new 2018 Mercedes. Randall was great to work with. Then I had the pleasure of working with Rob in Finance. I'd met Rob when I bought my first Mercedes last July. It was great seeing an old friend. He did an awesome job of explaining all the details of my options. Then finally, the icing on the cake - Tony Cintron explained the features of my car. Tony was perfect. He was very informative and really took his time teaching me the new functions of my car.
