I stumbled into Friendly Kia after having a great experience at Hundai, going back and forth between the Santa Fe Limited and the Sorento EX. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive when they found out that I was tricked by a different dealership. They gave me the facts about the car I wanted and explained how there were none available in the entire state, before January. They saw how devastated I was and they all worked like a team to help me find exactly what fit my needs without compromise. The staff from management to finance were exceptional.
