Always pay attention with what the promised before you sign any contract.. They told me my car will come with some protection program for the outside of the car.....and at the end they took that away.... sign any contract.. As the name implies it was a friendly place. I initially on the day I test drove a Kia Soul had one salesman and the next day I had his assistant. I was ok with that because they both were informative, prof on the day I test drove a Kia Soul had one salesman and the next day I had his assistant. I was ok with that because they both were informative, professional and helpful. It is a busy dealership but I felt there wasn't a wait for anything I needed. My only complaints are I didn't feel COVID 19 safe...there didn't seem to be much done for social distancing. And, the hard sell for extended warranty was unfavorable. More
