As the name implies it was a friendly place. I initially on the day I test drove a Kia Soul had one salesman and the next day I had his assistant. I was ok with that because they both were informative, prof on the day I test drove a Kia Soul had one salesman and the next day I had his assistant. I was ok with that because they both were informative, professional and helpful. It is a busy dealership but I felt there wasn't a wait for anything I needed. My only complaints are I didn't feel COVID 19 safe...there didn't seem to be much done for social distancing. And, the hard sell for extended warranty was unfavorable. More
