We wanted a purl withe vehicle and the dealer was able to find one from another dealer, but I delayed the decision making and the car got sold. we ended up with a dark gray one. It took us about two days to make the deal but some of that was my delays. Once the deal was made it did not take too much time to finish. Salesmen Anthony Doyle and managemnt did a great job with the sale. Maricela Cardenas did a great job with the vehicle purchase contract. The city of lancaster choice energy program was great. They offered a instant cash rebate $3000 and the dealer offrered $1500 plus federal tax credit of $4500. along with other state and Edison rebates. If I qualified for all the rebates I would recieve up to $12,500 in rebates that's free money to buy this vehicle. Overall the experience was great. More

Miracle Workers These guys work miracles! I had been looking for some help getting out of a car that was depreciating by the day, trying to cut my losses, which meant These guys work miracles! I had been looking for some help getting out of a car that was depreciating by the day, trying to cut my losses, which meant I was super flipped in my car. I contacted over 15 dealerships and drove in to 4 of them trying to make something work. During this time, I reached out to Toyota of Lancaster and started working with Anthony in the Internet Department and his manager, Joe. For over 2 months over the phone and through email they helped me try and figure out if we could make it work on a lease. They worked the numbers on a couple of cars and were always quick to respond when I had questions. They didn't give up on me even though it seemed hopeless. I had such a good experience trying to make something work with them over the phone, that I finally decided to go in to try and make something happen. Good thing I did. I drove off in a brand new Tacoma TRD Off Road at the same payment I had before! How did they make this happen? They pulled out all the stops for me and worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience and my brand new car! I went back a few days later to thank Anthony and Joe and take my second key for my trade-in back to them and Anthony remembered that I asked about key covers for my new truck. He took me to the Parts Department and bought them for me! Just amazing customer service and went the extra mile for me. I definitely recommend Toyota of Lancaster! More
