I have a 2024 grand Wagoneer first day we had it had a fuel leak brought it into the shop. Service department worked well with the engineering to get us the correct parts and get it back on the road. I had just totaled my truck and found the exact one I wanted on their lot; I ran to grab it that weekend. The sale took place over a three day period, something I’ve never had happen before. I sat in his chair for hours each day as he wondered around the dealership. The day I was approved I was never shown the final paperwork before signing. The deal was rushed and the sales guy failed to give necessary information to the lender which led to a fall out on my deal a month later! Mind you the vehicle had been in my possession since the sale. I was told I needed to return the car, they’d have it repoed or I go in to sign the new paperwork that made my payment more a month than the previous deal. Upon my arrival to the dealership I was greeted by the finance manager, Mike. He was very helpful and somehow made this new deal better with another bank and full Mopar warranty on my vehicle. If you’re looking for a car at this dealership, I highly recommend you don’t use John B. He was unprofessional and unorganized. More

The dealership sucks. It took them a month to get our financing straightend out because they are incompetent and really gave us a hard time. We had to do all the leg work to prove to them that they screwed up and even when it sunk in their heads that they had been idiotic the still treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about and they only got it fixed because we stayed on top of them and forced them to get it done. We really wish we had not chosen your dealership and now us and our family, friends, and anyone else who will listen will not be using your dealership. Because you wanted to make a bunch of money off of us and you jerked us around you have lost out on any repeat business from us and from anyone else that we talk to. Not only were you completely unprofessional but you took me and my wife for all you could get out of us (that's my fault, I bought because I liked and trusted Anthony). We feel completely taken advantage of and I am embarrassed that I signed on to such a shifty deal. Lesson learned I guess More

It has even started making that noise when you turn (something to do with the power steering). We had a horrible experience with your dealership and now are already having an issue with the Jeep.
