Rude staff ..Tony Fajardo Tony Fajardo doesnt understand the concept of customer service..start with listening and not whining..Also they did not top off my windshield fluids n Tony Fajardo doesnt understand the concept of customer service..start with listening and not whining..Also they did not top off my windshield fluids nor wash the car as they said they would..i had to ask when i picked it up for them to inflate the tires which on the diagnostic were low. Last time in there for an oil change they forgot about me for hours while I waited and then asked did I still want the oil changed? Really..sorry I bought a car here...it will be my last and anyone else who asks me..stay away.from Castle as I talk to others same problems with this place which I had spoke to them before purchasing. More

FANTASTIC! We can't say enough how great fantastic this dealership really is. Our sales person, Enrique, answered all of our questions! We looked at and test drove several different cars until we made a decision. The final car Enrique showed us was a perfect fit! Clemente, in finance, went on to finalize our paperwork which was very fast! The parts department was quick to give information on floor mats. Lastly their service department, TONY, I can't thank enough. He has serviced our car purchased from years ago. Not only do they sell great products, they service them! Another person Nikki from Allstate is very good if you need insurance. More

Somewhat disappointed. As of right now the air bag light is not coming on. As far as the service is concerned , I am sure he is a good mechanic but when I received the car As of right now the air bag light is not coming on. As far as the service is concerned , I am sure he is a good mechanic but when I received the car back it was never washed as promised, The driver seat had oil on it,. so I had to go back in & get someone to clean it off.. As i was leaving the dealership lot I checked to make sure that the oil indicator was reset to 100 % & it was not, so I had to return again to have it reset. If I didn't check it there I would had to have come back at another time. I am not blaming the mechanic but some one gouged my front RIM pretty bad on the passenger side and I am not real happy about it now. At this point I am almost afraid to bring it back again. More

Interior Fan Knob upside-down Brought in my vehicle with an issue from a previous dealership. Explained the situation to Anthony that I did not like dealing with that dealership as Brought in my vehicle with an issue from a previous dealership. Explained the situation to Anthony that I did not like dealing with that dealership as I trusted Villa Park Castle more. Explained that the best he can do is spend an hour with his tech to see if the issue can be fixed. When he came 45 minutes later saying the problem was fixed and to have a nice day was awesome. More
