The most unprofessional treatment I've ever received. If I could give them zero stars I would. Went in with my family and mechanic to look at a car that was listed at $21,995. The salesman was extremely ru I could give them zero stars I would. Went in with my family and mechanic to look at a car that was listed at $21,995. The salesman was extremely rude from the beginning and condescending to women. Neither him nor the manager we spoke to were wearing masks. He immediately wanted to talk numbers before we saw the car even though we told him we wanted to see the car first. Simple questions such as "What is the destination fee for?" seemed to tick him off and he responded by "Well the car doesn't fly itself here". Once again, extremely rude. After looking at the car and test driving it we were told that it would come out to be $26,000 with all their fees . A clear click and bait. We were not able to come to a satisfying deal so we left and a few hours later the price of the car has been dropped. I called back to speak to a manager about the same car and they always say they'll call back but never do. We finally ended up speaking to Fifo and came to a deal on the phone at $24,000 after he tried to tell us it'll be $32,000. After asking him what the $24,000 includes he said he will have to speak to his manager and call back. It has been a week since and I've heard nothing. They act like they're doing you a favor. Their own service desk employees can't seem to reach their managers. Such a waste of time, I would steer away from this place. More

Pleasant experiance with all Used car shopping can be stressfull but my overall experiance with Anthony Farrugia (Sales Manager) and Jon Musson (Finance Manager) was very good. We Used car shopping can be stressfull but my overall experiance with Anthony Farrugia (Sales Manager) and Jon Musson (Finance Manager) was very good. We drove an hour from NJ to help our duaghter buy a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Anthony was able to give us a fair price with no pressure. After agreeing to the price Jon Musson was extremely helpful in answering my question and providing all the numbers for us in writing before diriving to the dealership to actually purchase the vehicle. No Pressure and No Hidden fees. Thanks Guys! More

I spent longer buying a car than buying an apt. had an appt for 11am, didn't get everything finalized and keys to our new car until about 5pm. Staff was friendly, there was a lot of back and forth between the dealership and a lot across the street because the person assisting us did not have the information on the inventory available. Luckily, just before we decided on a vehicle, we kept walking around the lot and found the model in the color we wanted and the features we were looking for. But we had to look ourselves. One thing is strange to me, is that after purchasing extended warranty, etc. we haven't received any documents from Kia at all. More

The manager listened and understood my story and allowed us to leave with a 2016 KIA Sorento. Reasonable price and payment schedule. My family could not believe how compassionate and understanding he was. My daughter is so excited she will be on time for college classes. We are a KIA family. 2001 KIA Sephia, 2007 KIA Sportage and now 2016 KIA Sorento. Professional team. Thank you team. Go KIA!! More
