This dealership was super easy to deal with. Their internet sales team got me a brand new Tahoe shipped in from one of their other locations to test drive. They honored the full trade in quote that was quoted over the phone, had the vehicle and sales person ready the minute I walked in the door and had my purchase completed in 2 hours. My only complaint is the owners manual and spare lugnuts were both missing from the vehicle which is a GM checkpoint assembly line issue not a dealer issue. The dealer did immediately get me a spare set of tire lugnuts and I've called GM to request the new vehicle owners manual. More
