They honored the full trade in quote that was quoted over the phone, had the vehicle and sales person ready the minute I walked in the door and had my purchase completed in 2 hours. My only complaint is the owners manual and spare lugnuts were both missing from the vehicle which is a GM checkpoint assembly line issue not a dealer issue. The dealer did immediately get me a spare set of tire lugnuts and I've called GM to request the new vehicle owners manual. More
