Audi A4 was in for an SOS call malfunction. Anthony very professionally greeted me immediately on arrival, took down info on the issue and got me into the system quickly. Later the service technician sent me a short video on the problem. Great way to communicate that info! We had to order some parts and they got it wrapped up in a day or two.
