Very good with communication and overall understanding. What I didn’t like was the price difference in oil change. Although I’m a new customer at this location and usually service at Audi Natick my oil cha What I didn’t like was the price difference in oil change. Although I’m a new customer at this location and usually service at Audi Natick my oil change price shouldn’t be $50 more than I ever pay at Audi Natick. There’s all these hidden fees on top of trying to convince me my A5 cost more for oil change than a A4 was complete nonsense. If you ask me if I ever go back to Audi Burlington personally NO but I wouldn’t have a issue with referring them because the work was done perfectly but the extra fees weren’t really necessary, especially with me being a new customer to that location you would think they would want my business to conclude with them knowing there’s more work to attend to with my vehicle. More

I had an excellent experience with the service department at Burlington Audi. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly - from the service rep who handled my case (Anthony) to the gentleman who retrieve m at Burlington Audi. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly - from the service rep who handled my case (Anthony) to the gentleman who retrieve my loaner car. What stood out the most was how accommodating they were of my busy schedule. They worked with me to find a time that fit and a loaner that would fit 2 hockey bags(!), even going the extra mile to ensure everything was handled efficiently without sacrificing quality. Their communication was top-notch, keeping me updated throughout the process and answering all my questions patiently. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for them, and it shows in every interaction. More

I was quoted ridiculously high cost nearly $6000 for the diagnostic and repairs. I asked what parts I needed and it was only one part A steering column $4100 they wanted and I was able to find it online fro diagnostic and repairs. I asked what parts I needed and it was only one part A steering column $4100 they wanted and I was able to find it online from another Audi dealership in a different state for $2900. I asked why they’re charging me $1300 more for the same part brand new and was told “we are a franchise dealership in Burlington. Other dealerships can determine their own prices for parts”. And they rip you off on the diagnostic cost, and labor cost compared to any of the mechanic any other mechanic. The dealership knows they have you in a vulnerable position. You need your car to live to get to woposition.rk and invested a tremendous amount of money and emotion into it and all they care about is ripping you off bleeding for every penny. They give Audi a bad name and I probably wouldn’t buy another Audi brand again. I don’t know who Herb Chambers is, but I guess he’s some guy who makes his money ripping off people who are in a vulnerable position. More
