Hands down Whitby Toyota has the best service centre. Any time I go there, I come away a satisfied costumer. Last time, I took my 2010 Prius in because of a sudden hybrid system warning message. Jay Ells was super kind, helpful and informative during my whole visit, while Adam Hassira went above and beyond, did his magic and found me a loophole to get the inverter assembly with converter replaced for free. When I tried to booked appointment for service the lady that I talked said no need for appointment you can walk in but we waited 2.5 hours I know we been told that wait time is 2 hours but still if we can that I talked said no need for appointment you can walk in but we waited 2.5 hours I know we been told that wait time is 2 hours but still if we can book ahead of time that’s better than waiting for a long time.
