Terrible service. My 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee had to be towed to the dealership for service on Sunday for my Monday morning appt. This is my only vehicle. They did not My 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee had to be towed to the dealership for service on Sunday for my Monday morning appt. This is my only vehicle. They did not “find the problem “ until Tuesday at which time they said a part had to be ordered , delivered on Wednesday. They called saying it was fixed on Wednesday. I did not get it out of the service before it quit working again. it is now Thursday. They have not repaired yet. I am beside myself. I feel sorry for Anthony, receiving my calls and trying to make valid excuses. He is not the problem. More
