How can I say I am grateful, working with, Samantha first from the Virgina office who kept encouraging me to just come in and let you all work out for me!! So glad I listened!! Mr. Wendell Braxton and Mr. Anthony Gregory, they are both amazing!! I do have a very big issue going on with my credit, and it's out of my control at the moment, but my current vehicle is dying on me, and Mr. Wendell and Mr. Gregory both were honest and straight forward, NO GAMES AT ALL! like other dealerships like to play games, but not them!! just honesty straight forward and absolute amazing Customer support and care. Mr. Wendell, walked me through every vehicle in inventory that I was interested in, answered all my question, very effectively!! I didn't expect to leave actually getting a vehicle, I was in planning mode. Well, but both kept me positive and Mr. Gregory work with the banks relentlessly and worked out a deal that was feasible for me and I have another Jeep, I love Jeeps!! Because I have to get my insurance on Thursday, I will be picking it up my 2020 Jeep Renegade Limited on that evening. I am very happy and grateful for them. Also, while I was there, other staff checked on me and made sure I was good about everything. And the energy there was beautiful and positive. Signing was easy, and Mr.,. Braxton even helped me find insurance. In Joyful truly, and I thank you all !! More
