When I arrived at the service area I drove right in. Soon after giving the written permission to do the work I was on a shuttle van taking me home. Everyone always courteous and friendly. However, when I called on a Friday was put through to Service Dept. It rang and rang but no answer. Waited and called again later. Was transferred to service dept., and told I needed to schedule an appt. and leave overnight due to high service volume. Was transferred to schedule, phone rang and rang until answered by person who transferred me. He told me to arrive at 1PM following Monday. I made arrangements for a ride, arrived at appointed time and was asked if I had an hour to wait, suggesting I didn't need to leave it. From that point on, everything went as expected and I was satisfied with results. More
