My vehicle sat in the service bay after it was done for almost 30 minutes because my advisor was occupied with another customer. I asked a different service advisor if he could help me and his response was almost 30 minutes because my advisor was occupied with another customer. I asked a different service advisor if he could help me and his response was " no, you have to wait for the paperwork". I was told it would take and hour to an hour and fifteen minutes for the oil change and tire rotation, and I pulled out, backing out of the bay because there were multiple vehicles waiting to be written up, at the two hour and ten minute mark. If I had known it would take that long, I may have made other arrangements. Everyone i interacted with was both courteous and professional. And the price was definitely reasonable. I will certainly come back, but waiting is a gamble. More

Such a Great Pace to have my truck serviced at Champion Hargreaves Chevrolet, the work was done with Perfection. I didn’t even have to wait long before my vehicle was finished. Atrocious. They called every day to get me to schedule my first oil change. I did so and they gave me a reservation of 1pm on a Saturday. By 2pm it still was n They called every day to get me to schedule my first oil change. I did so and they gave me a reservation of 1pm on a Saturday. By 2pm it still was not completed. When I asked what the delay was, I was told "they are backed up" and mine would be next. This was the 4th time in the dealership for service and it was the same every time. My family had been going to them for years and years. We all agreed to never return. More
