Regarding Mary, I was stacked on the road for the reason that the fob key was not starting my car. He was there with me via the phone to walk me through what I need to do to fix the issue. Different I have been to this service center several times. It was a different experience this time. The communication was less professional. The texts were I have been to this service center several times. It was a different experience this time. The communication was less professional. The texts were ill timed. The service took several days partially because part had to be reordered. And when I did drive away had to return due to needs service light on This was an unusual experience. Previously it was excellent. More
