I decided to take a risk and purchase a car "long-distance" from Germain Honda because they had the one in stock I was most interested in purchasing. Since I was hundreds of miles away, I had "long-distance" from Germain Honda because they had the one in stock I was most interested in purchasing. Since I was hundreds of miles away, I had to rely on the staff at Germain to be honest, open, and timely to execute this transaction. I appreciate the help of the sales representative, Antoinette Pace, and the finance officer, Anthony Leli, in making it all come to pass. The only issue I had with the Germain dealership was discovered after the car was delivered, when I found that whoever put the Germain advertisement plate in the license plate location used the wrong screws to secure that plate and cross threaded the original threads. Fortunately, I was able to use a tap to chase the threads and restore them. More

Took our 2020 Honda Insight in for a slow leak in the RR tire. Dave Doden our Service Advisor took me in on a Monday at 0805. Quickly into the tire service ran by Romeo Perez. A great team. Found a nail in the sidewall that couldn’t be repaired. Rescheduled a new 4 tire installation and alignment. Same Michelin Energy Star tires. Got in and out as promised. It was a pleasure working with Seref and getting to know each other a little bit. He was extremely experienced and handled much of the paperwork at his desk. Also noteworthy is that we were not faced with the normal disturbing strong arm visit from the salesman's manager that is routine at so many dealerships. I would highly recommend Germain of Naples and Seref if you are considering a Honda purchase. More
