Salesman Trent Dixon, who welcomes me at the door, was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating all my requests in a most courtesy manner. He obtained a great price for my trade-in and offered true price for a new CR-V without any extra markup. Trent was keeping me informed of a car delivery progress, which was received within a promised period, and was a great help during the final progressions of getting my new car ready to take home; he also follow-up with questions and assistance the following days after sale. I would like to extend my appreciations to the sales manager Joe Pens and business manager Anthony Leli for their gracious and professional attention to all aspects of sale processes. Overall my experience at Germain Honda was going above and beyond in every area! I highly recommend Trent Dixon as your next helper in purchasing a new or used vehicle and Germain Honda of Naples for its great service. More
