1 star for the dealer because they wouldn't include car mats on a $42k purchase, and not a base model. I mean, come on, $4k for some stupid electronic licence plate that I don't want, lojack, and some stup More

Anthony is new and is still learning, was there anything else that Anthony did that soured your experience? Was the sales manager on duty aware of this issue when you were here? I also want to let you know that it is Hyundai that equips the vehicles at the factory and it is not the dealership itself. We take the reviews and surveys very seriously here and it does have a very big impact on the salespersons at our dealership. If the floor mats would turn the 1 star review into a 5 star review, I will order you floor mats for you. Yes, it would have. Anthony was great and tried to get me mats but was told by his manager that it wasn't on the window sticker so therefore it wasn't provided. I appreciate that you called me and offered me mats after I left a 1* review. Anthony was great and even though I was a bit of a difficult customer he was very professional and extremely accommodating to my wishes, could not fault him at all. He called me multiple times to follow up and make sure I was happy. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I appreciate that he did that.
