When we walked inside the dealership, the workers were too busy on their phones and did not greet us or assist us. I waited patiently and asked for assistance. I went in asking for assistance about the se too busy on their phones and did not greet us or assist us. I waited patiently and asked for assistance. I went in asking for assistance about the security alarm - karr. The security system was set up without my consent. They did not help me, they asked for my number and told me they would give me a call back. Its been 8 days. the associates made me feel ignorant when i asked questions. They were unprofessional and i will not be returning back to the Downey dealership. I am saddened as i have bought 3 cars from this honda dealership in downey. I will no longer go to this dealership. More

I took it to the Honda dealership and for the sunroof and the service technician said everything was fine however I took it to another Honda dealership and they stated that technician found the sunroof moto the service technician said everything was fine however I took it to another Honda dealership and they stated that technician found the sunroof motor is faulty and causing that noise you were hearing. Because I have warranty they're going to replace it this is something that could have been done at your Honda but guys didn't not happy More
