Was not happy I specifically said I did not want to get an oil change at that time and I was told that he was going to look over my extended warranty and said to sign here. Later about 4 hours after said an oil change at that time and I was told that he was going to look over my extended warranty and said to sign here. Later about 4 hours after said my car was ready I was thinking that they put the rubber seals on my car doors but I was wrong I was charge about three hundred and something dollars he did the oil change that I did not want and I told him that I didnt want or have the money to pay that service and he said well you signed the paper. I was so embarrassed and I was lost for words because I did tell Alexander that I didn't want the oil change his voice is extremely low and I kept having him repeat himself I was pussed so my husband ended up paying for the serive that I didnt want so yeah I was not happy with the service and I usually go to ocean of honda they call you before they do any service to the car I didn't receive any call asking if I wanted to proceed with anything.
