We took out car and truck in. My receipt says the bulk oil used was 0w20 and 0w20 oil is NOT recommended in my truck. My truck recommends 5w30 and service people would NOT admit My receipt says the bulk oil used was 0w20 and 0w20 oil is NOT recommended in my truck. My truck recommends 5w30 and service people would NOT admit 5w30 was used. Nor would they check. They just said we are unable to do that… really?? On the car they did not rotate my tires yet they charged me for it and it wasn’t until I complained that they reversed the charges. Also the front tires on the car was switched out with used rotten tires. One of the tires they took was newer because we had to replace it a year before. They denied this of course but we know better. The tires they put on were completely wore out and had chunks taken out of it. We look at these tires daily ever since the flat we had a year ago and had to replace it. Lije I said one tire was relatively new. More

The service department has gone way down in it’s efficiency. It used to be much better. I ask for things to be done and they are not done when I pick my car up. I’m also not happy that my paint rust efficiency. It used to be much better. I ask for things to be done and they are not done when I pick my car up. I’m also not happy that my paint rusting wasn’t covered under the 12 year corrosion warranty even though there are class action lawsuits against Nissan for this same issue. They know it’s a problem but try to cover it up. More
