We are 2.5 hours away so we reached out and talked to Anthony to get more details on the truck before making the trip. He offered to do a walk through of the vehicle with us on the phone explaining any minor imperfections and answering all of our questions. He was a true pleasure to work with through the entire purchase process as was the entire Wynn staff. We have never met a more professional and pleasant dealership and salesman. The receptionist immediately greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. Sandy Mason-Beiler was extremely patient with me and answered every question about the XC90 that I had, I was very impressed with her knowledge of the vehicle and willingness to share. When Sandy delivered my XC90 she was just as thorough as she was in our initial meeting. My wife was supposed to be with me at the delivery but was running late, Sandy spoke with her on the phone and told my wife to take her time. She also went over the vehicle options and settings with her once she arrived so that she too was comfortable with the vehicle operations and options. Sandy was extremely helpful and that meant everything to us. Ben Cook was also amazing when it came to my overall experience at Wynn Volvo he made sure that he left no stone unturned when it came to locating my vehicle and making sure all of my wants and needs were met. I will definitely be sharing my experience with anyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle. More

Anthony was amazing to work with - honest, genuine, informed and respectful - with a great sense of humor, too. I can be a handful, especially with the many questions and the high level of particularity I bring to the table. He was very, very patient and helpful. I consulted several dealers and I felt most comfortable working with Anthony at Wynn. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating and the facility is very spiffy!
