It start out as I chat on the web site just to see if it was available they told me it was and then about 24 hrs. later was a phone call from Joe Ashburn the sales manger he answered all my questions and got some information from me and the ball started rolling from there. With in about a day the car was mine now to be honest it did take some very hard work from all of them be it Joe or Shaft and Anthony they all did the best they could and worked with me all the way through it. I could not have asked for better service from all of them I am now back in Tupelo and enjoying my new 2018 Dodge Challenger Scat pack car I would highly recommend them if your looking for a car or truck my girl friend may be buying one from them later on this year More

This was a huge relief after working with another dealership, where communication was not top priority and communication is extremely important to me. The two vehicles we purchased from Shaft were not in their inventory initially, but he made sure both vehicles were there and ready to go when we got to the dealership. The whole transaction was smooth and we were out in time to surprise our kids after school. I would definitely recommend Shaft when looking to buy a vehicle. More

We sat down and he showed me what kind of Chargers they had available. I selected one that interested me and not even 2 minutes later he had the car pulled up front and told me I could look at it. No waiting whatsoever. We made a deal on a trade in and he sat with his superior and talked about lowering the price on the car I was interested in. He made the deal and we started the signing. Overall it was extremely easy and satisfying working with him on finding a new car. I left happy and feeling like I got a fantastic deal on the car. If anyone I know is in the market for a Dodge, Jeep, etc. I will point them straight to Elijah. More
