Even though the out-the-door price was agreed upon IN WRITING prior to my visit, he wanted to charge me about $700 more in taxes because they had "miscalculated." I refused, and told him I would leave if the price wasn't honored. He said "We'll see what we can do." After some time, the price magically stayed the same. The Finance Manager Anthony wasn't any better. The sales contract had the price $1,000 more than what was agreed on. Again I refused, and Anthony called over Deonte. He apologized, and said the "paperwork must have gotten mixed up with another customer's deal." After the paperwork was corrected, I asked for a copy of EVERYTHING that I signed; I was told it would happen. When I returned home (a 5-hour trip), I found out he only gave me a few of the papers I signed. It's my fault for not checking before leaving the dealership. He did email the rest of the paperwork, but only after I had asked him to do so. Advice for future customers: get EVERYTHING in writing, double check ALL the paperwork, and make sure everything is correct BEFORE leaving the dealership. More

I appreciated her patience throughout the buying process (three visits and two test drives, all looking at the same car). She was always responsive, friendly, and professional and never pushy. When it came time to talk numbers, I found Morgan Sample and sales manager Henry Steedley to be very straightforward. At each step in our negotiations I was given an itemized printout showing all the costs. There were no games, no tricks, no arm-twisting. Similar good experience in the finance office with Mr. Pickett. In the end I bought the car I wanted at a great price. I am completely satisfied with the car-buying experience I had here. More
