After finding a very reasonable price on a car I had been shopping for I went in for a test drive. Anthony and Rich could not have been more pleasant. After having previously corresponded through email with both of them they understood that I knew what I was looking for and had the car ready for me to drive. They also respected the fact that I had driven an hour to "shop" their dealership. Never once did I feel pressure nor did the usual anxiety that comes with car shopping creep in. There was none of the usual game playing and back and forth idiocy that usually takes place when closing a deal. Rich gave me a very fair price for my trade and the deal was done. Lastly, Brian was also a pleasure to deal with in finalizing the financing as he did not waste my time with trying to up sell me on different products. It was really that easy and it's the way all car dealerships should conduct their business. More

They took the time to explain all the options and which ones that they recommended. After the factory received my order, my salesperson Jennifer kept me posted on the building progress and delivery. When my Jeep came in it was in mint condition. Jen and the rest of the staff treated me like family. Jen took the time to explain all the features and where all the switches & buttons were. I highly recommend Pellegrino Jeep for all your new and used Jeep needs. More

Great hands on communication from Owner/ Manager Russell Abate, and the Sales Manager Anthony Pinto made this a straight forward and stress free experience. I decided to take the 45 min drive down here after speaking with Mr. Pinto over the phone, he left me feeling very confident that I was in good hands and not wasting my time. I probably passed 10 Jeep dealers on my way down. This dealership had a specific model in its inventory I was interested in. I thought to myself this would be a one time trip and I would never be coming back. I was wrong, if ever I need a Jeep again, I’m getting back in the car and making that trip. It was absolutely worth it. When I arrived I was greeted by Sales Consultant Steve Harris. I loved this guy. No pressure, completely professional and more importantly a genuinely down to earth person. Couldn’t think of another guy I’d rather give my business to. Jennifer Toce was also very knowledgeable and helped get me set up with all the product tech info through the customer Jeep app. When it was time to finalize everything Finance Manager Brian Hastings kept things moving for me. I was afraid this process would take long, but he had the paperwork prepared quickly with no clerical errors. gave me all the necessary information, answered all my questions, yet still got me in and out faster than I’ve ever experienced at any other dealer. I appreciated that because I was excited to drive my new truck and start my journey back home. The vehicle is great, and I’m 100% satisfied with my experience. I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Owner Mark Pellegrino, but he should be proud of the team he put together. His staff run a fantastic operation. Sometimes it seems like the world is going to xxxx in a handbasket. Then you meet good hard-working decent people like this and it makes you realize there’s still good people out there. They are truly a throwback to the golden era of personal and exceptional customer service. First class, people like this are the heartbeat of this country, and I am proud to recognize them for it.
